REFUND policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The customer cancels the order before shipment.

Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.  
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Reason for refund
- Photo evidence (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.  
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products

Shipping Costs

- If the refund is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the refund is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
